The Producing Director is responsible to the Board of Directors
for the artistic and business management of the organization
including play selections, marketing, budgeting and financial
reporting, administrative staffing, artistic staffing, and fundraising.
Dwight has been in the position since 1980. |

Bumatai, Associate Producer
The Associate Producer is responsible for overseeing the day
to day play rehearsals and performances, implementing the play
budgets, recruitment of play production volunteers and designers,
and general coordination between the production and administrative
departments. Bree previously served in the position for twelve
years and, after a one year break, rejoined the staff in 2007. |

Sara
Ward, Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager is responsible for the daily running
and staffing of the business office and box office, and all
administrative operations of the theatre. Sara has been in the
position since 2004. |

Jennifer
Ungacta, Development Manager
The Development Manager is responsible for coordinating the
theatre's annual development and fundraising plans, including
play sponsorships and donor stewardship. Jennifer has been in
the position since 2008. |

Shell Dalzell, Technical Director
The Technical Director is responsible for the construction of
the stage sets, configuring of the stage/audience platforming,
maintaining stock of stage set units and scene shop equipment,
and maintenance of the theatre facility. Shell has been in the
position since 1999. |

Costumer
The Costumer is responsible for the design, construction, acquisition,
and maintenance of costumes for the play productions, and organization
and maintenance of the stored costume inventory. (position open) |

Erich
Steinwandt, Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant tends the box office and other
general office duties during daytime business hours. Erich has
been in the position since 2003. |

Aubrey Hawk,
Director of Public Relations
The Director of Public Relations is the media liaison for MVT
and implements play publicity and community relations programs.
Aubrey has been in the position since 1998. |

Sara
Ward, House Manager
The House Manager is responsible for operation of the theatre
facility during performances, including scheduling of ushers
and overseeing all audience services. Sara has been in the position
since 2004. |

Liza Sanchez, Bar Manager
The Bar Manager is responsible for the operation and staffing
of the concessions stand during performances, and for ordering
product and maintaining inventory. Liza has assisted in the
concessions stand since 2005 and has been Bar Manager since
2007. |

Ian Valasek, Night Box Office Assistant
The Box Office Assistant staffs the walk-up window at the box
office prior to all performances. Ian has been in the position
since 2007. |

O.A. Duffy, Data Processing Consultant
The Data Processing Consultant maintains the theatre’s
various mailing lists, and provides reports for the business
staff. Duffy has been working with the organization since
1988. |
